Thanks for all your cake compliments - it's really easy! 1. Make a long cake (or 2), cut in half and sandwich together with jam/cream/icing/whatever. 2. Smother with icing and stick swiss rolls on the corners. Done!
I had some ice-cream cones to be turrets on top of the swiss rolls, but my princess (bought!) wouldn't fit inside them. So I put crenellations on the swiss rolls instead.

That's really cute !
You're very talented.
So cute!!! Did you come up with the idea yourself or find it somewhere? Either way, well done!!! happy Birthday, Phoebe!!!
nice cake!
so guessing from your comment, you must be British. I'm tempted to give you my phone number just to hear you talk.
I know I'm a basket case, but I just love it so much, I might actually move to England some day.
Love the cake. I could never do something like this.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Great tips for me about the hubs.
you have a beautiful family. Nice to meet you.
How cute!! Awesome job, Mom!!
Blessings!
Very impressive Rapunzel - I love it!
How creative to turn Rapunzel's hair into the lettering! Very cool.
um. If I made that cake, it wouldn't look like that. It would look like a flat brown plot of land and toppled over silos or something. Great job!
Thank you for validating my rant. Sometimes I just need to vent :)
